COVID I'm sure has been a challenge for most of us. However, things have been starting to lift in many places, especially with the vaccines now becoming more readily available.
Rather than focus on the stressful things about COVID right now, what is the one thing you are looking forward to when things open back up? For me, I've been working in the Healthcare field since Day 1 of this virus and am looking to a long-overdue cruise! I haven't had a vacation of any sort since Feb. 2020, and am DYING to get out and travel!

Hi @DramaQueenDiva! I'm looking forward to start traveling again too. When everything started to close down in March of 2020, I was about to go on a trip to Brazil, but had to cancel everything last minute. I've been focusing on other things since, but it'd be so great to be able to travel again 😥😎.
I'm looking forward to a road trip to visit some friends that I haven't seen in years.
I'm also looking forward to being able to make business trips again. (I never thought I'd say that!) I'm supposed to be on the road for one week every couple of months. It's something that I've missed during the pandemic.

I miss that too, @alexthecat! I used to go on road trips very often and we celebrated birthdays every month as well. 😀

I'm looking forward to a ton of things in 2021 even though we are fast approaching the last quarter of the year.
At the start of the year, I was in a deep deep rut–especially in terms of my physical and mental health. I was constantly anxious that I would get laid off (which I wasn't, thankfully). Though, that did set me out on a frantic search for other sources of income. I ended up reading this article that discusses -e-commerce stores, and this other one that talks about Shopify dropshipping. I was really spiraling into different resources to try and build a safety net for myself in case my job disappears.
Aside from the question of income stability though, another problem looming over me was my deteriorating health. Being stuck at home and with gyms closing down really took a toll on me. It wasn't until my birthday when my sister gave me a Fitbit to encourage me to go back to exercising (it was her subtle way of saying I was getting fat)–even then though, I had left the gift to collect dust for 2 months. Until March 2021 came and I tested positive for COVID and had experienced one of the worst pains in my life. My symptoms were so severe because of my bad physical shape and that's when I knew I needed to do better for myself. When I recovered and got home, I ripped the box open and put the thing on my wrist, and ran out. I didn't even last 2 miles before I broke off in a ton of sweat and heavy panting. That was April 3, 2021.
Now, since then, I haven't missed a single day of running and exercising. I have never been in better shape and my productivity levels have been skyrocketing. I'm looking forward to continuing this and I hope to influence my family as well. I hope that the vaccines get better so that no one has to experience covid ever again, and I'm hoping to participate in my first marathon once the situation allows. I'm pumped!

Thank you for sharing your experience with this, @healthy2022! It's definitely been a challenging time for many of us, but it's great to see that you feel so motivated and that you got back on track so quickly! I hope that your story can motivate other users in the Community to do the same thing. 😀

I wish I can travel again soon! Where are you traveling, @marshallmoore? Or are you planning to chill at home? 😀
Best AnswerI decided not to set any resolutions for 2021. Once COVID hit I was more concerned with my family that are in the older age group. Now that 2022 is almost here, I have a new remote job, my family so far has not been affected by this virus and my goals are only healthy one's regarding my own personal health.
Best AnswerFunny you mentioned traveling. My 22 year old son has flown back to California for a week and then came back home to San Antonio, TX just to fly to Atlanta, GA to spend time with other family. 😃
