For me it's the classic, to take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then exhale, and if we talk about a stressful day, a long shower with hot water helps me with that as well.
What are some of the things that you do to relax and calm down during stressful moments?
I just like to go off on my own with trees and gardens around me.

I calm down near the water. So traveling to the ocean is the best way to relax for me. Also, I am calm when all of my deals are done, when the job is done on time and nobody has an access to my data. Privacy is very important for me so girls if in the future we start dating, forget about such tools https://celltrackingapps.com/track-my-boyfriends-phone-without-him-knowing-for-free/.
