When you switch between your Force and Flex do they both sync to the same account? In other words is your data all tracked on one dashboard?

@tcmom Each tracker is paired with one email address. You can replace a device, but you can't add a device to the email. Yes, data is only on one dashboard for one device. You could have two accounts, with two different emails, which would show on two different dashboards.

-Part of your bedtime rountine is plannig to get all your steps in (even if that means walking your street in the dark like a crazy person!)
-You share your daily steps with others (whether they care or not!)
-It's the first thing you reach for after turning off the alarm in the morning

But I don't were a bra, lol
So far me it is clipped inward in my pocket, and it is the last thing I check fer before walking out the door. Keys than Fitbit

I too am addicted and I know that I am because I check for my fitbit, just like my wallet, keys, and phone.
I lost it for one day, and bought a new replacement.
I also thought you might be interested in the article I wrote about walking and my fitbit. it was published in the LA Daily journal and republished on my blog.

@mediatorsteve Thank you for sharing your article. It was well written and quite informative. As I read, I was wondering how many steps to the Starbucks right before you added it.
Considering you know how many steps you walk to the parking lot or while on the phone, it's safe to say you are an addict!
Welcome to the forums.

@Jabrat Your parents knew you were getting your steps in or did they ask you if you needed to go to the bathroom? Too funny.
Maybe your parents need a FitBit, too!

I lost my first fitbit within a month of buying it. I was so lost without it (even after only a month) that I now always ensure it's in the least loseable place. That just happens to be my bra!

thanks @Odyssey13 I am glad that you enjoyed it. I think together as we share our stories, we can all inspire each other to be fitter and healthier.

That is too funny. Although I know quite a few users that place it in their bra. Makes it difficult to check your steps regularly. but certainly safe.

That was a good article, Steve. I especially liked how you describe working up to the 10K steps and I found the idea of forwarding your calls to your cell phone intriguing. While I probably can't do that for my work, I can do that for my landline. Great idea!

I know I am now addicted for sure. I forgot it at home today for the very first time, and I would have been late for work if I went back to get it (have done that too!) Told my hubby how bummed I was because now I wouldn't be tracking my steps on t'mill at work. 😞 He brought it all the way in to work for me. (over 20+ miles each way)....Yes, he loves me. so much so, that he recently got his own fitbit and we've been hitting the trails near our home getting those steps in together....Lucky me 😉

You know you're a fitbit addict when...
...you just pushed yourself way beyond what you thought you could do and you're exhausted. How do you deal with it? You just walk it off!

I am totally addicted to my Fitbit One. I've had it exactly one week. What a difference it's making in my life! I take the stairs in my condo all the time. Walk in place in front of the tv. Write down everything I eat which is making it so I'm not doing that mindless eating I'm used to doing. I'm amazed at how easy it all is to keep track of all this. Fascinated by the sleep reports. Totally addicted!

1. When you have a tan line on your wrist because you wear it too much and you keep on wearing it in order to avoid showing your tan line.
2. When you ignore the recall
3. When you start to like walking your dog when it is below zero outside.
