That's great. I have my coffee in the AM while I'm reading my emails before I go to the gym. Sounds like a good idea.

With Fitbit, possible eating anything desired (within' moderation), being aware how choices affect calories / macro's.. adjust a bit if needed (if noticing needing more fruits, vegetables, more proteins or fats).. though up to ourself from which Yummy Foods it comes from.

You know you are a Fitbit addict when forgetting your tracker makes walking home feel meaningless.

If you don't have a waterproof tracker, then charging it while you're showering is a good idea. That's what I usually do.

After 4 years (almost) I can honestly say ... there is no such thing as addicted to fitbit ... we're normal, it really is OK to pace around the house just before midnight, and it makes sense rto plan your day around step counts . Stay normal people .

I took one of my dogs on a walk on Saturday. He pooped THREE separate times and I only brought two poop bags with me. I was actually kind of excited! After I returned him to our house, I walked back (the long way) with a bag to pick up his poop to get me an extra 1200 steps.

I'm not sure if I can already be an addict when I've only had this Alta HR since last Thursday but today I caught myself walking during my 'expression break' on the job. Usually while expressing milk for my son I just sit on a chair and wait until the job is over with but today I couldn't sit still because I wanted to see the steps on this thing rise up.

• When you wear your Fitbit 24/7, even while you’re taking a shower
• You walk more to reach your next daily max
• You are super competitive to win the friend challenges (anyone for a 20k jog?)
• You dream about hitting a goal (such as a 100,000 step day) and actually reach it
• You browse the Fitbit site to kill
time/have fun/possibly online shop
• You use Fitbit Pay with the Ionic because you know it’s über cool, and you may receive a compliment (“Oh, I’ve never seen that before!” or “This is the first time a person has used their watch to pay, so cool!”)
• You play the app “Treasure Trek” incessantly, wanting to be like Pokémon because you “gotta catch ‘em all”!
