Hi, is it possible to change the time to 24 hour clock on a Fitbit one?

Yes, it is!

 

Go to your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit and you can choose between a 12 or 24 hour clock.

 

Once chnaged and saved the next time you sync your One will be updated.

Tried that, keeps saying error on saving.

Hmm. Mine is also having that problem. I guess they have an issue at the moment. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

All sorted now, must of been a glitch with the website.

weirdly it still doesn't work for me. Glad you're sorted though. It seems that some platforms are affected and not others and now it would appear that it may come and go. I have let fitbit know.
