Accessing sensitive sleep data after collecting in standard

Hi,

Is there a way to access sensitive sleep data once data has been collected in its standard setting? I'm able to adjust the setting itself, but it doesn't change data from previous nights.
Would greatly appreciate any help!

@neami Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community! Currently, there is no way to access the sensitive sleep data if you already logged sleep.

You can try changing the sleep settings, delete the current sleep log, and then log it again. It should log with the sensitive setting.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

Why can't we access sensitive sleep data when it was logged as normal.

We used to be able to swap dynamically between the two settings on the sleep presentation page bus since the 3/17 application "upgrade" we have not been able to do so.

Why not??? - Why does an upgrade remove features that we appreciate and use?

@LainieF I hope you're doing well. I understand your frustration. Kind of miss that too.

I recommend checking this post for more details on the new sleep page.

See you around.

@SantiR

I have read/contributed to that post - it is kind of a waste of time. The new sleep presentation is really a disappointment to hundreds of your customers. I think the updated design illustrates a real lack of awareness of how your fitbit community utilizes the features of your trackers, not only the newer models but the older models as well.
