old one for new one

Hi there think my fitbit one may be coming to the end of its life I've had it 3.5 years. I'm in the process of trying the suggestions from support. If i buy a new one will I lose all the stats I've earned over the past 3 years. Also if i decide to go for a different make will I lose my stats? Thank you in advance

No you will not lose your stats as long as you set the new one up with the same email address.

This applies to both if you replace with a one or a different model
