Yesterday I did about 45 minutes on the elliptical and when I synced my FitBit when I was done, the Active Minutes reflected that correctly. Then when I plugged in my activity in RunKeeper, I noticed my Active Minutes pretty much doubled and say I was active for 100-something minutes (which I definitely was not yesterday).
Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to solve this?

Do you have two activities for that workout instead of one? (one for automatic activity and one for runkeeper). There should only be one, so if you have two, delete one of them and your active minutes should go to what it should be.

Hello @klm837, welcome aboard to our Community. Indeed, I'm agree with @kawaiiko, make sure that you don't have in RunKepper logged another activity that could duplicating your numbers. In this integrations is more easy because Runkeeper data doesn't sync to Fitbit so this should be on your Runkeeper account.
I'll be around to give follow up with you, keep me posted how it goes.
