Is there a way to manually correct your active minutes? I lost 70 active minutes on my One today and I don't see a way to correct it. I think.there should be a way to manually add or fix your active minutes.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner. There is actually no option to manually correct/edit your active minutes, however you can manually log an activity in the Activity board and this will modify the total of your active minutes depending on the intensity of the activity.

Additionally, I would recommend performing a restart to your One by following @Odyssey13 instructions. This might help to avoid having this situation in the future.

Thanks for stopping by, see you around. Smiley Very Happy

Hi, I've tried manually logging an activity and it doesn't change my active
minutes. I think they should add in to the phone app a way to manually
correct your minutes. It's frustrating when you've done all the work and
there is no way to correct a glitch in the app. I will try restarting my
One. Thanks for your time and help.

Hello @SunsetRunner, it will depend of the activity you are logging but most of them will give you active minutes, even if you are using a third party app to manually log exercises. I wonder if the restart that my friend @EdsonFitbit provided before has resolved the issue or if the issue with active minutes still persist on a daily basis?

Hope everything is working fine and see you around. Keep me posted how it goes.

No, I think it happened because I logged an activity into my fitness pal and then fit bit re-calulated the active minutes. I don't know why I would lose active minutes that I earned from another activity.  It hasn't happened again for me.
