After resetting One, battery needs recharge

Recently, my Fitbit One will stop syncing, and the only way to make it start syncing again is to reset it. After I reset it, a few minutes later, I get  a message saying the battery is low and to recharge it immediately. This is happening about once a week. Previously, the battery didn't need recharging for 10-14 days, and I didn't have the problem with it needing to be reset so it would sync.My Fitbit One is less than a year old.

I contacted Fitbit support, but they weren't much help. They gave me instructions on how to reset the tracker, which I already knew, and didn't give me any clues as to why resetting it would immedietly make it need to be recharged.

Has anyone else had this problem, and was it resolved?

If its less than a year old its still in Warranty. I would contact support and try again. Make sure you tell  them you have reset it many times

I'm also having this issue.  I'm on my second Fitbit One, and the second one was replaced by Fitbit when my other one was a little over a year old.

The current Fitbit is about a year and a half old (this one was shipped, according to my Fitbit shipping email on 8/15/15).  I have charged it and reset it many times, but it's still dying within 24 hours, when it used to last over a week.

I've been super careful with this particular One after my first One died on me abruptly.

I'm now debating whether I should buy a third One, or whether I should just wear my Flex all the time until it's time upgrade it.  I really like the One because it counds flights of stairs and I odn't have to wear it on my wrist like the other Fitbits that track stairs...
