I have been having problems with my one for about 3 weeks now. I have a repeating alarm set, synced and on, but about an hour (or so) later it turns itself off. I have tried setting the alarm on both the website and my tablet and experience the same thing. I have reset my Fitbit one and checked it's charge. I have also deleted the alarm that wasn't working and reset another. That worked for 1 day before it stopped. Strangely enough, I have 2 other alarms set that do not "un-sync" every day, but have worked without fail. I would like to figure this out asap.
This is my favorite feature on the Fitbit and I would really like it fixed. Some help with this would be appreciated.

@jammac210 Welcome back! Thanks for the troubleshooting. I would like you to get more details about this. Is the alarm not showing in your tracker itself or is disappearing from the app or Dashboard? Have you tried setting the alarm and even if you're not seeing it, does it work?
Keep me posted.

SilviaFitbit, the alarm IS showing on the tracker itself for about an hour and disappears. No, it does not work. It is on the Dashboard, but it is in the off position. I turn it on, sync it, and all looks good online (I've tried this with an app on my tablet as well as on my computer with the same results), then within a few hours it disappears (and when I look at the tablet or online it is in the off position again). I have deleted the alarm and created a new one, but it doesn't seem to work for a repeating M-F alarm at 4:30. I have other repeating alarms set for once a week and they work fine, just not the M-F repeating. It started about a month ago. Before then it worked without a problem. I don't think it's the tracker. I love the alarm feature and can schedule 5 different alarms, but it's cleaner with one for the same time.

I overslept a few times - it took me a while to realize it wasn't my error! I'm glad I'm not the only one, though. If I set a daily alarm and not a repeating alarm it works fine. I even have an alarm that repeats weekly, but only once a week, and it works fine too. It's just the M-F repeating alarm that doesn't work for me.
