App and one not communicating.

Monday was the last time I was able to sync. I do not have a computer to restart my one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app then I attemp to sign up my fitbit but it keeps on saying it can not find my fitbit. I've restarted my phone. I've followed every question and answer written in the help section and followed all advice. Nothing helps.
