Auto Sync problem

I want auto sync off. I did turn it off on my iOS app (in settings.) However, a few days ago auto sync is back on. I look at my dashboard and today's steps are there, even though auto sync is off and I have not manually synced.

What can I do to keep it off (or has something changed in the last few weeks)?

Thanks for being part of the Community @allan473!  All day sync setting is enabled in the app by default. There are some factors that might do your Fitbit to sync even though you turned the setting off.

- For example if you have a Dongle plugged in a computer USB port your Tracker will automatically sync and it applies to all of them if they are near by.

- Also, if you have more than one device with the Fitbit application downloaded and with the Bluetooth on your data will be synchronized automatically. You need to make sure the setting is disable in all of your devices to avoid your Fitbit to automatically sync.

Keep me posted.
