Battery NOT dead

My Fitbit device (One) is working fine. The app and the website, however, are not syncing. They both say 50 steps but my Fitbit says 3380. Also, on both the app and the website it tells me that my battery is dead. It's not... it's about 75% full. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, to no avail. Please help!

There have been problems syncing. I just have to keep trying.

 

Sometimes a restart will help

Do it at least 3 times.
