Hi @Jackie_Wacky. In addition to @EdsonFitbit's excellent post, I just want to add that on a full charge, your Fitbit One should run a good seven days. I don't know if you're completely new to the Fitbit One tracker - if not, you can ignore the rest of my post. When new, inserting the One into the charging cable is a little challenging. You have to make sure that the contacts inside the cable end are aligned with the ones on the underside of your Fitbit One; and then push the One hard into the cable until you hear and feel the contacts click. If the contacts aren't tight, the 'fully charged' indicator may be misleading. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
