Blank display on Fitbit One

Yesterday, the screen on my One went very dark.  This morning it does not show anything at all.

I have tried a factory reset and there is no change.

I can see from the dashboard that the device is still logging my activity, it simply does not show up on my device.

Any ideas?

Oh, dear!  If a restart didn't work I would try it again two or three more times, amd if that still doesn't sort things out your next step would be to contact Customer Support: contact.fitbit.com .  Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
