Have a new Fitbit One and it has showed up on the dashboard but keeps saying tracker not found. No information is showing up on the fitbit. It does show it has a full charge but nothing else.

Hi, @PeggyEB, if nothing is showing on your One it sounds like it needs to be charged. Even though your app is showing full charge, if it cannot find the tracker it will not know the state of the charge. Try plugging it in for a couple of hours to a computer USB (don't forget the computer will need to be awake and active to deliver charge) or a UL certified cell phone charger. Hopefully that will get you going again.

Hi, @PeggyEB, ignore what the dashboard says about the battery -- if the Fitbit is currently dead then the dashboard information is out of date.
Please plug it in to charge (using a computer that is awake and active or a UL certified phone charger) and let it charge for an hour or so, even if it doesn't seem to be charging.
After that, while it is still plugged in, press and hold the button. If your Fitbit is completely dead you may need to hold it longer than 12 seconds -- maybe 20-30 seconds.
Hopefully you will then see the Fitbit logo. After that sync your Fitbit, and if it successfully syncs, your app will show you the current state of charge.
