Bluetooth keeps disconnecting

I have connected my Fitbit One to an Android phone (Moto G 1st generation which has Bluetooth 4.0).

However, every time I return to the Fitbit app to synchronise, it says the fitbit device is not connected.  I cannot get it to sync again until I turn off Bluetooth and then re-enable.

This happens every time; have to turn bluetooth off on the phone, and then turn it on again.

In addition, I charged the Fitbit device last week, and it stopped responding after a few days.  The battery had depleted.  Could this be related to the above connectivity problem?

Note I have tried tinkering with all combinations of Sync options in the Fitbit app for the One device - All-Day Sync, and Allways Connected.

Something's not right. I use my One with a Moto G 1st gen without any issues.

In case it is your One that's acting up I suggest restarting it using the following procedure. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues:

Thanks.

Yes, I have tried to restart tracker a few times, in fact it had to restart today anyway as battery depleted.  It was reporting full battery, and then within a day was dead.  I charged it this morning, and then tried to connect to sync, but had to cycle bluetooth on the Moto G to get it to sync.

I've submitted a support email now.
