Hi, I'm new to Fitbit one, my daughter set it up for me on my Sony Experia  z3, I keep having problems syncing it when I go on to check how many steps I've done.  I then realised I wasn't Bluetooth connected and when I try it says "pairing rejected by one".  Any ideas anyone please would be a great help

It will never show as a paired device in the phone's settings. It only temporarily pairs while you are syncing it.
