No Display

Been using my One for a few years and though it synchs there is no display. Got a new Zip for Christmas, used it two days and lost it :(. Trying to re set-up my One again but can't see the code to reset it because it doesn't display! Help!

have you tried a restart?

But if you cant see the display I see no way to set it up with out that number
