Bluetooth not locating my one anymore for a sync...

All the sudden yesterday after over 3 years my bluetooth not locating my one I've done all the common tricks, like rebooting, and uninstalling/re stalling the app, So what else can be done?

I am having the same problem.  I restarted my One following fitbits instructions--charging cable into computer, one into charging cable.  Hold button 10-12 seconds, remove from charging cable.  Hold button until screen turns on.  Then I restarted my phone.  Restarting both finally worked for me--nothing else did.  Lost a week of data BOO! but it is synced and working.  Clearly some kind of update failed us.....

This happened to me as well, right out of the blue.  It said I had to do a software update, which I did but then it just started to shut itself off.  I missed two days of workouts because I thought it was on when it wasn't.  Was there something a miss with the software update?  Just wondering.

hi i am having same issue with new $155.00 replaced fb one from ebay. what i don't see is what did you to resolve this problem. please share the instructions. i am getting so frustrated with fb because its so difficult to support. thank you,

This happened to me so I called customer service and they said that the
battery was bad and died. Hopefully you could get a refund or ask customer
service for a new one for free.

Hi there,

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble...I know it's frustrating. What I
did was restart my phone and also reset my FB One by putting it in the
charger and holding down the power button for about 10-12 seconds. Then
after I removed it from the charger, it started to sync again.

@GP24 glad it worked. But your Bluetooth has never been able to locate your One. This is the job for the Fitbit app.

Rich Laue, My above reply to say thank you was to the person who replied
with instructions for me try to get my 2 Fitbit trackers to work again. The
instructions did not work. I like many other Fitbit users remain frustrated
with the lack of assistance from Fitbit to contact Apple to address the
technical compatibility issue that exists between Apple update 13.4 and
Fitbit products. As a Fitbit owner since 2013, who would like to continue.
I would be appreciate Fitbit to acknowledge they aware of this technical
issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible; taking into
consideration the current worldwide COVID19 crisis. No
acknowledgement leads me and most likely others who have posted on this
topic that Fitbit no longer values our use of Fitbit products, nor desires
our continued business and or our recommendation to others to purchase
Fitbit products. Any assistance you might be able provide to assist with
resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

As the banners have been stateing moderators presense will be spotty. Also in general they do not know more than what they have been told or under an NDA. 

As for contacting Apple, I'm not sure how for that will go when in version 10 apple quietly released a few changes that messed up notifications for Fitbit, Garmin, and other third parties. 

I don't know much about iOS and would suggest looking at the iOS board.

As for sync and the phone, it is the app / iPhone connection not the tracker model.

My response was that the user can not pair the phone through the phones Bluetooth, if the user does, the app will not be able to find the tracker.
