I'm trying to set up a different One.  I keep getting message that I need to go to System Preferences and enable Bluetooth, but Bluetooth is already enabled.

It won't let me go any further.  Suggestions?

Today I can't get my One to sync to my phone (which means it also won't sync to the insurance company app that gives me credit for a certain number of steps per day, my weight-loss app, etc.)  The message I get is:

This version is no longer compatible with your One. Your device may not be able to connect with the app until you update,

Since my app is up-to-date, I'm assuming that Fitbit wants me to update my device.  Wish I could figure out how to go back a version or two on the app....but this makes me wonder if they've discontinued all support for the One?

@Joenjosie by now I hope it is working, you need to give the Fitbit app permission to access Bluetooth.

Try log out/in.
