Bring Back Fitbit One

I have been a fit bit user for a long time.  I started with the zip and then upgraded to a Fit Bit One which I loved!  I have been through two of them and can't tell you how disappointed I was to not be able to get another one!!!  I bought a wrist band fit bit from you and it not only tracked my walking incorrectly (it gave me 1.6 miles on a 1.9 mile walk) but when I cooked in the kitchen the next day it showed me as doing 6700 steps!!  That's ridiculous!  I don't want to have to take it off when I am cooking or cleaning or on my computer because I want the steps that I do take to be tracked.  I never took my Fit Bit One off except when bathing.  I seriously don't like wearing a wrist band - I don't even wear a watch - my phone is my watch!  Discontinue the ZIP and bring back the Fit Bit One please!

I agree with you. I have tried a few different ones but Fitbit One is the best and most accurate step counter for me. The wristwatch/step counter isn't as effective as I use my arms heaps at work  Also capping our hands in church making the others counting steps. Yes Please bring back the Fitbit One.

I wholeheartedly agree! I am a massage therapist and cannot wear anything on my wrist while I work. The One is the best device for me because I can clip it into my pocket all day and never have to worry about losing it or remembering to put it back on. I wish they would continue to offer it!!

Boy! I could have written this one! I am so totally in agreement. I have never worn a wristband pedometer; I don't like even wearing a watch! My One is really acting up, so I am thinking I'll probably need to get a new one. But, I won't buy a wristband pedometer. I, too, never take mine off except to shower or when it's charging. I was thinking about buying a Fitbit scale (and I don't even know if it works with a One), but I'm certainly not going to buy a scale if I'm no longer going to wear a Fitbit. I'm thinking of going back to a Striiv! it's a very fun pedometer with lots of extras!

Hi Everyone - we created this post to discuss the One Availability. As mentioned there, unfortunately, there are no plans to bring the One back and we do not have any information on future products. Feel free to check the discussion there, I'll be closing this thread as a duplicate.
