since windows 10 latest update, One won't sync.   It finds the tracker and tells me the battery is full (it is), but won't sync.    Any solutions.

I have the exact same issue. Last sync was 8/21 at 8:31am MDT. My main computer has a Bluetooth dongle. I have two other Windows 10 computers with Bluetooth that also fail to sync. They see themselves as paired with the Fitbit One. That leaves my Android phone. It will not sync either. It cannot see the Fitbit One, though it sees other Bluetooth devices. Not certain that the problem lies with Windows 10 if the Android also fails to sync. Would appreciate some input from Fitbit!

Fitbit miraculously revived! Even the Android phone now sees the Fitbit. Intriguingly, all of the data since it stopped syncing four days ago now appears. I followed so many troubleshooting processes that I'm not certain of the actual fix. I did turn it off and on, but there was no immediate change. Finally, I went for a long walk, assuming that there was no solution. When I got back, there was still no Activity, and I decided to record approximate steps for the missing days. Suddenly, a forum page appeared. I returned to entering the steps - and suddenly, Activity appeared for all four days. Maybe there is some value in exercising after all!

@cmcs Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for also reporting that you were experiencing this situation.

I'm glad to read that your One finally synced with your Windows 10. Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps you found. It is possible that the steps you did helped resolving this. Did you restarted your phone or Bluetooth? Those steps help in this kind of case.

Please let me know if this happens again.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
