@SunsetRunner @KathyJK It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! There are a couple of things to take into consideration. The first one is the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) (check @WendyB's post for more details) calculation your dashboard does using your personal data (height, weight, age, gender, etc.), which represent the amount of calories you burn in a day just by being alive (breathing, brain activity, heartbeats). This number of calories can increase if, for instance, some of your personal information was changed, this is the second thing to take into consideration. Check your profile setting to check if all the information is correct.

Thanks for your reply @SunsetRunner. Make sure you have updated the iOS Fitbit app to its latest version (follow @MarreFitbit's steps). If still nothing, contact customer support and report the problem there to get further assistance.
