Calorie count is way off

My Fitbit One is a few years old.  It just started showing 2000+ calories before my feet even hit the floor in the morning.  Also, it doesn't hold a charge for nearly as long as it used to.  Is it dying on me?

@carolsd Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is strange. The only way in which that may be happening is if you changed any of your personal stats on your dashboard.

This usually happens when you change the weight to an erroneous one, usually a high and unreal number, like 1,000 + pounds or so. Perhaps, you changed your weight and entered a high number.

So, I recommend checking your personal settings to be correct. Check your weight, height, age, and all your personal settings. Make any changes and save if necessary.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
