I'm able to synch the fitbit but when I select go to Dashboard it shows me the home page with the Fitbit products. I tried five times using different methods and it always brought me back to the home page. This is just one of many snags since the update. I'm ready to look for a new tracking device!

@chiaramax Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is very strange! Try logging out from your dashboard and then log back in.
Also, you can clean your browser's cache as that should also help with this problem.
When you want to check your dashboard; are you clicking on the Fitbit logo or are you clicking on "Dashboard"? Check the picture below:
