On my dashboard it tells me I have 588 calories left but when I click on that to enter food it tells me I have 340 calories left in my budget. Why are those different and which one do I go by?

@Mcalhoun Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still experiencing this?
I recommend creating a Food Plan with Fitbit. This is the best way to track the right amount of calories you need to eat every day. You will be able to set up a weight goal and you can also log your food. It's a very great feature you should really try.
