Help! My Fitbit one is saying I've burned a tremendous amount of calories in the middle of the night. I wasn't wearing to sleep. Also a lot of calories were showing up that I burned in the car while driving. How do I fix this? It's not accurate.

The total calories burned displayed are from midnight 'till (now).

The body requires constant energy for survival, either from foods eaten or internal body fat reserves (it magically change between them). When not wearing the tracker (or not being active), the calories burned in rest are being used.
