I've misplaced or lost my Fitbit One. It shows synced when I open the app. Does it mean the device is close by?? I hope. 🤔

If the device is currently connected to your phone, it will say "connected" under the devices section, as well as showing up in the bluetooth settings of your phone.

I'm afraid if neither of the above are true, then your One is either out of battery or too far to be synced via bluetooth.

Hope you find it soon!

Hi!

Thanks for the prompt reply.
My IPhone is syncing with the Fitbit but the device is not coming up on my Bluetooth.

If you head to the devices section of the app, then look for your FitBit, does it say connected next to the device?

If it is close by and not out of battery you can use this article to see if you can find it

If you can get the device to sync to your phone or computer, then it is in range and still has battery life. Go to alarms, set an alarm for several minutes from now, and then re-sync. Then wait until the time you set for the alarm to go off and search- it should be vibrating- hopefully in a way that will allow you to hear and see it (assuming it isn't buried deep in a pile of soft materials!).
