@Tzvi welcome to the Community! If you're unable to find MobileTrack from your Samsung Galaxy S5 device, it might be that your mobile device isn't compatible with MobileTrack. Check out if your mobile device is compatible with MobileTrack here. If yours isn't listed check back soon as Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices.
Also, another alternative would be to use MobileRun which is a feature that enhances runs, walks and hikes by using the Fitbit app on your smartphone to track pace, time and distance. Check out this post by @EmersonFitbit explaining how does MobileRun work.
Another thing you could do, is manually log your exercise if you forgot to wear your tracker. Note that when you manually log an activity, its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration. To add a manual exercise log do the following:
Let me know if this helps, I'll be around!

@Tzvi thanks for getting back to me! Hey that sounds indeed weird. Would you mind posting me with a screenshot of the option you have when there is no tracker linked to your account? Also, if you select the MobileTrack option, does it let you set it up? Do let me know!
Catch you later!
