Yesterday, i had 12,000 steps. Calories burned were 32. Doesnt seem right. How can this get fixed?

Definitely doesn't sound right!

 

I would check your profile settings for height and weight at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile as this sort of problem is often caused by one of those being set wrong.
