Can not sync the device

Hi, there I need an answer: Why I can not sync my device anymore? My device is Ultra.

The Ultra was discontinued long ago and the ability to sync was withdrawn in August 2018. See comments from the moderators in this thread:

That's correct. If you are unable to sync the fitbit it becomes more or less useless.
