The Bluetooth on my Fitbit One doesn't work. I'm on a laptop running Windows 10. The settings show the One, but I can't remove the device (button is greyed out), and says that the Bluetooth is off. When I insert the dongle, it shows up in settings as connected, and I can remove it (see below).
I've tried resetting the device--nothing.
I've tried removing the Fitbit Base Station and adding--didn't work.
I've tried inserting the dongle--hasn't helped.
I've also gotten the message to uninstall Fitbit Connect and any other apps that are using the Fitbit Base Station--I've never downloaded Fitbit Connect or connected any other apps to Fitbit.
Any ideas for the fix?
Also, rucking isn't listed in the exercise list. Any chance it'll get added?

Welcome to the Community @FitnessRucker! ?This sounds odd. Please make sure that you are restarting your One by following these steps provided by @Odyssey13. Also, check this tips to fix your syncing issues.
To remove your One from your account using the Fitbit app for Windows 10:
To remove it from the Online Dashboard:
About your questions, Fitbit Connect is a free software application that lets your device sync its data with your Fitbit.com dashboard. And is used to set up your Fitbit device with a computer running Windows 8.1 or below, if you don’t have a compatible phone or tablet. So if you haven't installed it, you can continue syncing with your Windows 10 app.
About your rucking activity, you have the option to create your own activity by clicking the Create custom activity. To do so, check the post How to manually log an activity by @GisselleM. Keep in mind that this process can only be done on your Online Dashboard.
I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉
