Hi
Hoping to get some help. Since Thursday my FB one won't sync to my phone. I've tried:
- turning my Fitbit off/on multiple times
- uninstalling the app on my phone and reinstalling it
- installing the app on my ipad
- installing the app on my computer
- I have now removed the device from my phone and can't reconnect it! The number to sync comes up on the fitbit but when I put the number into the app it comes up with an error message.
The device won't sync with anything!
Is there anything left to do? Is the bluetooth busted?
I'm doing a steps challenge with my insurance company and I'm worried I have no way of getting the data from my Fitbit to the cloud. All my days of hard work will not be paid for.
Any sugggestions?

Thursday was the last time my One would sync ? Tried the suggestion to get it working again. Nothing is working. Fitbit what is the problem ???

Seems like we are not the only ones. There is another thread with sync issues and some people have found that they could sync with an old android phone or changing the language from French to English. But I have no android phones sitting around and my language is already English so that doesn’t help... Fitbit knows about it so hopefully it gets fixed soon
