Can't find your tracker

I have the Fitbit One and have never had any issues until a couple of months ago when I opened the app on my phone and I received the wonderful message "can't find your tracker"  I've tried updating bluetooth or just press cancel and still nothing.  My tablet which is a paired device has no issues.  The app worked on my phone fine up till one day and then the issue.  I can't figure it out.  Any advice?  I have a Samsung 5S Thanks!

Very interesting.  I just added my fitbit one to my samsung galaxy tab A and now neither my iphone, mac air or Galaxy can sync/find it.    

I wonder what is going on.....

I have the same problem. The last update was 6/11 at 8PM.  It won't sync with the dongle and the bluetooth icon just blinks.

@Justpat I couldn't have my wife's iPad near my Android or PC.. Too many Bluetooth conflicts..
