Can't sync with Windows 10 Home computer

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got a new computer. It has Windows 10 Home on it. I have the Fitbit app installed. When trying to add her FitBit One, I get driver error. I open up the Fitbit app and it tries to find her Fitbit but never completes.

I tried going to Device Manager and going to BlueTooth and Enabling and disabling the devices. I don't know what else to do. There is no other Fitbit software on the new computer except the app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

@diddlydoo It's great to see you in the Community! Seems odd that your new Fitbit One is not syncing with your Windows 10 app. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you got your tracker to connect with your computer via the app.

In the meantime, take a look at @Katsi's post with troubleshooting steps that I'm pretty sure may help you.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy

I have a similar problem. My FitBit One does not sync anymore on my desktop PC with Windows 10 via a Base Station and FitBit Connect software. It does not find my tracker at all. Althoough the tracker syncs normally with the Android app on my Galaxy S5 phone. I got used to using FitBit web app but got stuck with this problem. It used to sync normally.

@vpougatchev Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to this thread as you may get more answers to your inquiry here!

I recommend checking this syncing master post to fix this problem. Just search for Windows 10 instructions within the post. That should certainly help you out!

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
