I just updated the new version of fitbit on my PC and I am unable to sync using the dongle. It shows that it cannot fit the tracker. I have restarted my computer and tracker without luck. Can someone help me, please? I also attempted to use my phone (android) but it cannot sync either.

Welcome to the community!
It sounds like you may need to restart the tracker. While I know that you said that you've restarted it (so I assume you're familiar with the procedure), the instructions published on Fitbit ask you to press and hold for 10-12 seconds. I found that I can more reliably get it to restart by pressing and holding closer to 20 seconds.
After pressing and holding, the next time you press the button should turn on the Fitbit, when this happens, you should see a 'FITBIT 6.60' message. If you don't see it, you haven't succesfully restarted the device and you'll want to try again.
If you still can't get it to work, just respond to this thread and we'll continue to troubleshoot.
