Since a week ago, I have to log in every time I sync my fitbit and go to the dashboard. I am an IOS user. is there any way to get it to go automatically the way it used to? ( I have only one fitbit, not multiple.)
I noticed this too - I use a windows pc (not my phone, because it doesn't like to sync with my phone but thats another story 😞 ). It keeps saying "Multiple trackers are found", and asks me to log in. I was starting to wonder if one of my neighbors got one and its picking it up through the walls! But looks like many people have this problem. It started possibly after an update about a week ago.
Like the rest, I am experiencing the same issue. I don't suppose it matters that logging in is required to sync; we've had to log in to see the dashboard anyway. Now that step comes first. It doesn't make sense that we're being told we have multiple devices, though. It would be helpful if a Fitbit rep would offer an explanation or at least confirm that the issue is being investigated.

They know about the issue.
Hey there. Where did you look to find the link indicating that the problem was being investigated? That would have answered the question for many had we known how to navigate. Thanks!

Hi @SunsetRunner. Whenever you're looking for answers from the Community, the starting point is to use the query window at the top of this page, top right -- just key in "more than one tracker found error", and you'll get right to that same link.
