Charge 3 grey screen

After charging my fitbit charge 3 this morning, the screen has gone grey with vertical stripes.

I have twice tried to do a hard reset, but it hasn’t worked. On reading through forums this seems to be a common occurrence. Can you please provide a replacement

To make a warranty claim you'll need to contact customer support as they don't monitor these forums. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
