Just like @SteveH mentioned, you can plug your charger into any standard USB power source, including, but not limited to: a computer, a wall A/C to USB adapter (commonly included with smartphones). a DC to USB adapter (vehicle power port) To give you an example, I usually charge my Charge HR or Surge using the USB port of my TV and it works fine. Just don't let your tracker overcharged for more time that is recommended, if you are using any different source as this will reduce the life of the battery eventually.
