Going to give my fit bit one to a friend. WOuld like to clear my information off of it. How do I do that?

There's no real need. Most of your data is held on the fitbit servers rather than your One. When your friend adds the fitbit to their account it will remove any data left on the One and reassign it to their account. They won't have access to any of your data.
