Clearing my old Fitbit one

I have had a Fitbit one for about 3 and a half years but this week have got myself an Alta HR which I’m very pleased with. I have removed the One from my app and set up the Alta which is fine but the One seems to have decided to keep the silent alarms that were previously set and I found it going off in the drawer this morning!! I want to try and sell it on but don’t know how to stop it alarming. If only there was a factory reset...........

Do you think I will need to connect it to my app again then turn off the alarms??

You probably should of turned off the alarms before removing the device.

But once it runs out of battery it will stop and if you give it to someone else when they take it over it will not add the alarms

Thank you Wendy, I thought I had cleared the alarms but clearly not haha. In the end I added it back to my account and they were gone!! No drawer alarms since, thanks again.
