You cannot manually set the time. It gets the time from whatever you are syncing to

My classic (5 year old) ONE is still charging fine and still synching fine to my PC dashboard, but last week the ONE clock somehow lost about 12 hours .  So when I get up in the morning, it is still counting steps from the day before, and does not roll over to the new day and begin counting steps from zero again until about 9:15 am.  I have done about 6 successful synchs since this problem began, but I still can't get the ONE clock to re-set to the correct day and time.  Any ideas to fix this?

I am not sure what happened--your experience sounds like mine, but all of a sudden, after weeks of being on the wrong time zone, it actually synched and changed the time.  I wish I knew what to tell you.

Hi Dancepheeb: thanks for your reply and sorry for the very late reply.  No one else responded.  I was never able to resolve the clock problem on my ONE, despite trying many multiple syncs and resets.  So I ended up buying a new Fitbit Inspire ($69.95) with Clip accessory ($19.95), so I can again keep track of my steps each day my way.  Also, just FYI - I saw ONE's advertised on Amazon for $300+ so there's still others like us out there,  Keep moving, and thanks again for your reply.  ONE_BOB

Thanks for the reply... and the advice. Mine managed to magically reset, but the battery is getting old... very finicky about being charged, and the charge doesn't last long. I like the inspire idea!
Agreed, keep stepping out!
