Feel free to try reinstalling the Fitbit Connect Software.
Download & Install the latest Fitbit Connect Software version from the Fitbit Website: https://www.fitbit.com/uk/setup?platform=win
Hope it helps

Hi @Jessiefacecake. What do you mean exactly by "I plugged in the wireless sync dongle and my fitbit one (to charge)"?
Two gadgets came with your Fitbit One.
There is this one, which is the Fitbit Dongle and that's the one that needs to be plugged in a USB port on your computer in order for your Fitbit One to sync.
And then there is this the Fitbit One Charging Cable which is the one you need to use to charge.
Cheers!

Yes I plugged both of them in at the same time. I like to charge my FitBit One while it syncs.

I have a Mac Computer not windows. So this command wont work on my comuter. But will uninstall the program and reinstall and see if that helps.

Hi @Jessiefacecake. We had a similar issue yesterday with one of our MacBook Pro running the latest version of OS X El Capitan and uninstalling Fitbit Connect and downloading and installing the latest vesion for Mac (not Mac 10) created Oct/15 worked - that's version 2.0.1.6757. It was tricky because every time I tried to download and install, I kept getting the old vesion again. Here's what I had to do:
And voilà!
Before you do any of this, you may want to check for OS updates on your Mac.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

So you have to sign-off your account, clear your internet cache, use the Uninstall within the DMG package to remove Fitbit Connect, do a complete system shut down on your Mac; boot up again
