New Charge HR2. Adding an unbelievable amount of steps while riding in car. Unacceptable!! Saw other posts about changing something to "drive" mode.  Nope I expect better from Fitbit.  My One didn't have this problem. Solutions or just return ??

This is what Fitbit says to do!

1. You can manually log driving on your Dashboard > Log > Activities. This will negate the extra data for you to really know how far you've gone. It can be done before or after your commute.

2. Charge your Fitbit tracker while on the road. (While your tracker is being charged it doesn't count your activities).

Hope this helps!

Thanks. I really do expect better quality from Fitbit. I have also noticed up to 150 steps while sleeping Not really happy with this. Strongly considering returning my HR 2. I will call customer service.
Thanks
