Hello,
I can sync my Fitbit One without problems, but when I go to my dashboard I see a blank screen. It has been blank for some weeks. I looked at some of the answers in the community and I see it's not working for me. I can't change the browser because the company I work for has a specific setting. I tried holding the shift key and clicking reload ('Shift' + the 'F5' button). It doesn't work for me. I cleared the cache and I still have a blank screen. I tried to do a live chat, but it keeps rerouting me back to the community. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.

It does work in Firefox and Chrome Just not IE
