I've had a little break from my Fitbit One, but I am now wanting to start all over again. I would like to start with a clean slate, I want a total reset of my Dashboard. I've tried various things without any luck whatsoever. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

The easiest way to do this would be to create a new fitbit account with a different email address. If you would prefer to use the same email as now then you would need to contact customer support to remove your current account:

You could also change your current email address, unsubscribe, then open a second account with your current address.
I can also give a forth option, maybe the easiest. Most email servers will allow a period added to a users name JSmith@gmail.com becomes J.Smith@gmail.com. Google sees it as the same address, but Fitbit thinks that they are unrelated.
Do you want a second forth option JSmith@Gmail and JSmith+fitbit_one@gmail.com are the same to google.. Of course you can put anything you want after the +
