Data Issues after move from Charge HR to One

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased a FitBit One and gave my Charge HR to  friend a month ago.  When I now sync, the new data does not show on the dashboard, only that from my Charge HR.  When I go to the activities list, I can drill down to reach the data from today.

Two questions:

1.  Is the One incapable of adding to the data stored from the Charge HR on the same account?

2.  Is there a way to clear all the data stored and begin anew?  I don't need/want another email account, and the badges earned are a non-factor.

Thanks!!!!

@DRStarr What an interesting issue!

So your One tracker was set up to your account successfully? Are you seeing both the One tracker and Charge HR as linked devices?

If so, sounds like your friend has not set up the Charge HR to their account. When they set up the device to their account, it will be removed from your account. Therefore, data cannot sync to your account anymore and the One's data should appear. I would check with your friend.

Let me know how it goes!

Elyse, thanks so much for  your reply to my quandry!  The One is the only device listed;  my friend installed the Charge HR on her computer.  No change...

In more detail, this is the situation:

On the Dashboard, Recent Exercise.  Last input is March 21 from Charge HR.

On the Log, Activities.  Data from the One is posted.

On the Log, Activities, Activity History.  Data from the Charge HR only is posted, again through 3/21.

Under Weight, the Measurement History & Log seem to be accurate for both devices.

Thanks for any help offered to encourage the One to synch accurately!

Dan
