When you say that you've been "using your tracker for a week". Do you mean:
I installed the Fitbit software and paired it to my account a week ago, but have only synced again just today.
OR
I charged it and started wearing it without installing the software and would now like to add those steps to my account.
If it's the latter, then I'm not sure there's anything you can do. It starts to count when you pair it to your account.

Best AnswerFor some reason mine has lost yesterday's steps so I was wondering if there was a system problem. It's been fine for about 18 months before anyone chips in with suggesting I do the basics!
